1:ORDERS
How to Order?

Please email your photo to iCustomStitch@gmail.com and we will evaluate and suggest a minimum size for you with a free preview of the final outcome of your Custom Cross Stitch. Once you satisfied and ready to order, we will send you an online PayPal invoice by email, you can pay by either PayPal or Credit Card. Once we received your payment, we will start producing your Custom Cross Stitch kit.
We usually will have the preview for you to review within 24 - 48 hours after received your photo.

2:SHIPPING
We provide FREE shipping worldwide. It usually takes 3-5 days to produce the kit and 15 - 20 days for the package to be arrived. Based on your location, the total time could be 3 - 5 weeks. So please be patience with us. We will provide tracking number on PayPal once it is available.
3:RETURNS
Since this is custom made, we will not accept return. However, we guarantee the outcome will be close to the preview we provided. It is very rare you will be short of thread. If that happen, we will provide matching DMC# for the threads which you can easily find them in your local store.

Currently we are running 10% off for orders of one kit and 25% off for orders of 2+ kits (could be different photos).
